Development of new information resource for radio diagnostics of the solar plasma, and forecasting of powerful solar flares

The Solar group of the SAO RAS represents the solar data obtained with the facilities of the world largest reflector type radio telescope RATAN-600 since 1997 on the web site http: // www.sao.ru/hq/sun. The facilities of the site satisfied needs in such a web resource over a whole decade.
An implementation of a new spectral-polarization complex in 2005 at RATAN-600 with a multiply increased spectral resolution , the volume of the data obtained has increased as an order of magnitude. Data analysis, and their comparison with other data become considerably more complicated. At the same time, the techniques and technologies for serving such quantities of data, including the data transfer, computer power, data storage, become accessible to a wide community during the last years. This stimulates the development of a new , more advanced web resource for the RATAN-600 data on-line analysis . The development of the web resource was motivated by recent researches which schowed the unique plasma diagnostics possibilities of the high flux sensitivity (several Jy) and high spectral polarization (order of 1 % in the microwave range) observations. Several spectral polarization features were revealed during multi-azimuth observations at RATAN-600 in 2000-2005 which are associated with the preflare state of solar active regions. The web site mission is solar plasma diagnostics and activity forecast based primarily on RATAN-600 radio observations, but also using the data from other large radio telescopes Nobeyama, SSRT, and the SOHO MDI magnetograms. Data acquisition, their transfer, primary data processing, vizualization, and comparison with the data from the other telescopes are performed without human assistance now. Many routine operations for the data analysis for common tasks of plasma parameters diagnostics will be authomated on this web site, or are already authomated there.
