Observations show the increase of acoustic wave power in the field-free region of the solar lower atmosphere below
the magnetic canopy. It is generally believed that this effect may be explained by the interaction of
acoustic waves with the magnetic canopy. The aim of the work is to study the spectrum of acoustic oscillations in these regions
and compare them to observations. The simplest of uniform atmosphere is considered.
